General Definitions

The bm999 platform is an online gaming service intended for adults aged 21+ only. This service is operated with fair practice standards, and SSL encryption and fair play are guaranteed.

Account Registration and Identity Verification

When registering an account at bm999, each player must provide accurate and correct personal information.

Each player may hold only one account at bm999. Individual family members are each permitted to open their own account, but if multiple accounts are found to belong to a single person, all such accounts may be suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at bm999 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Once a deposit is made, you can check that it is reflected in your account immediately. Payments must be made only from your own payment instrument; third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. From the time a withdrawal is requested to the time the funds arrive, processing is normally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will be returned only to the same instrument used for the deposit (KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay).

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Any balance arising from a bonus or gameplay must meet the required wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be made. Details are set out in Section 4.

• bm999 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals — bank service fees may apply separately.
• The player's name and the payment account name must match.
• Funds for which the bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met cannot be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus and Promotions

bm999 offers new players a welcome bonus of 100% of the deposit amount (up to 200,000 Ks). After receiving the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

• The welcome bonus is available for the first deposit only.
• A withdrawal can be requested while the bonus wagering is still in progress, but the bonus amount will be forfeited.
• Each person can receive the bonus once only.

4.2 VIP Tier Cashback

bm999 has three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Tier progression depends on gameplay history and good conduct on the platform.

4.3 Promotional Bonuses

Each promotion's individual terms will reflect the handling and eligibility conditions of that promotion, and will be considered to fall under this general bonus policy.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bm999 platform:

• Deposit or withdrawal patterns that may be considered money laundering
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay
• Allowing or renting your account to a third party to play on your behalf
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts (bonus abuse)
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Arbitrage betting and any betting patterns designed to work against bm999's game structure
• Submitting false personal information (name, phone number)

If any of the above actions are found, bm999 may suspend the account, seize funds, and take legal action without prior notice.

Account Closure and Restrictions

7.1 Closure by bm999

bm999 may suspend a player's account without prior warning if the actions described in Section 6 are found, or if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected. Any remaining balance will be returned after a financial review is completed.

7.2 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]. The remaining balance will be returned to the player after a financial review is completed.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

The bm999 platform provides services on an "as-is" basis and is not responsible for losses arising from the following:

• Gambling losses resulting from a player's own decisions
• Loss of connection on the player's side, or failure of the player's own device
• Force majeure events beyond bm999's control
• Losses caused by third-party attacks such as phishing or hacking

Without limiting any other provision, bm999's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the bet placed by the player for the single game round in question.
